Atrial Recruitment continues its investment in its IT and processes to improve the timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness of its recruitment services and today has published the Beta release of its new interactive web site. 

Our clients can now publish their own vacancies, and search our candidate database.  Upon publishing a vacancy Atrial's Recruitment consultants are alerted to the new requirement so they can start working on the suitable mix of recruitment activities, also the vacancy will be hosted on the web site and viewable by prospective candidates.

Candidates can now post their CV's, making them available to clients, and search our database for vacancies.  Upon adding their details, an Atrial Recruitment Consultant will be alerted to the new candidate and make contact and start working closely with the candidate to understand their future career objectives and source suitable opportunities.

The already functionally rich web site will be enhanced over the coming weeks and new features are deployed with a view to adding value to the Atrial Recruitment offering.
